Frequently Asked Questions
We don’t just put a drone in the air and take a few wide shots. We plan our aerial coverage around what buyers need to see and understand. That might mean revealing the shoreline, following a long driveway, showing privacy and acreage, or connecting the home to the surrounding landscape. With two different drone systems, we can capture both polished cinematic aerials and immersive First Person View fly-throughs.Then we take that footage into the edit, where we can add Picture in Picture views, property boundaries, labels and other visual details when they help explain the listing. The drone captures the perspective. The planning, flying, creativity and editing turns it into something useful.
Drone photography has become a standard part of real estate marketing, and for many listings, buyers expect to see the property from above. It becomes especially valuable for waterfront, acreage and rural properties, where so much of what you're selling exists outside the walls of the home. But simply putting a drone in the air isn't enough. The right height, angle and composition can help buyers understand the property, its surroundings and what they're actually getting.Drone is standard. What you do with it isn't.
It’s a completely different way to experience a property.FPV means First Person View. Using our smaller, more agile drone, we can fly through doorways, around buildings, along the shoreline and between spaces in one continuous sequence. It takes careful planning and skilled flying, but when the property is right for it, the viewer feels like they’re actually moving through the property.
No. Every property gives us different opportunities.A waterfront home might call for a low flight along the shoreline. Acreage may need a higher perspective to show the land. An estate might benefit from slow cinematic movement, while another property could be perfect for an immersive fly-through.We plan the shots around what makes the property different and what buyers need to understand. We don’t fly just to get drone shots. Every shot should have a purpose.
Yes, and this is where we can get really creative. We can add property boundaries, labels, location markers and Picture in Picture views directly into the aerial footage. That means while buyers are looking at the property from above, we can simultaneously show the waterfront, an interior feature, another building or something else we want them to notice. It takes more planning and editing, but it can make a complex property much easier to understand. We’re not just showing buyers the property. We’re helping them understand it.
